In this chapter, Cai Ming-liang tells us that he's been able to remove most of the frost poison from his body, but that he still has a long way to go before he can completely rid himself of it. He's going to have to open his lower abdomen to get rid of the poison, but he doesn't have enough energy to do so. He has a special pill that he can use to help him suck all of the remaining frost poison out of his body. He says he'll do it if it means saving his life, even if he has to sacrifice his own life. He also says that the pill is so small that he barely has the energy to hold it in his mouth. He tells Cai that the remaining poison might still be there, but it's not as bad as he thought it would be. He can use his celestial energy to refine the poison and it should take him half an hour to completely remove it from his system.
