He's worried that the emperor is already in there. He asks the palace mistress, whoosh-whoosh, if she's ever been to this place before, and she says that her ancestor was killed there by the demon lordlingtian some seven hundred years before. She's not scared, she says, because compared to evil hearts, she'd be scared of such a thing. The Heavenly Feminine has descended into chaos, and the feudal lords are riding the wave of the revolution. The youlan palace is killing experts, but the local lords have already seized control of the empire. The imperial family seems to have disappeared some time ago, and there are rumors that he's hung himself up and has been buried in the mountains. Some speculate that he took the imperial family with him and has gone into hiding, and others speculate that the Emperor has taken all of the imperial treasures and gone into seclusion. Everyone is searching for the emperor, but no one knows that he is leading them into the heaven-reaching-tower of-god. The emperor sees the chaos with apathy, but as long as he keeps his plans, everything will fall into his hands.
