The tianchen master tells his disciple that he has returned to the southern court. He tells the young man that he is his senior brother and that he must be punished for not keeping watch on him and allowing him to go outside once again. The young man says that he worked hard for the master. The master tells him that all of his disciples are "phoenixes" who have completed their studies and are ready to follow him. He says that even those with a small amount of talent can study for three years at the tsinghua institute. After three years, only those who have advanced their cultivation can continue their studies. The southern court is not for those who are dull, talented, or who want to be "deep down the catastrophe" . Those who are "abnormal" are welcome to visit the court.
