The demon lord tells Linghe not to worry about running away, because he'll kill his parents if they try to run away. He also tells his father and mother to hurry up and leave, because they're in his hands. They're too young, he tells them, and he's too old to be a demon. He tells them to come over and live like a normal kid. He'll let his parents go. Linghe crawls on his knees and tells his parents to crawl on their knees as well. His parents are so upset that they can't stand to see him die. They don't know what to do.
