In this chapter, we learn that the demon world is in the midst of a war, and that all of its citizens are at risk of being killed. In order to stop the war, the demon government has set out to find and destroy people who have special powers. The original plan was to keep these people away from the battlefield, but now that they're involved, the plan is no longer feasible. The only way to stop them is to kill them. So, the two of them decide to fight. They're going to cut each other's heads off.
