In this chapter, Ryce breaks the original rules and tells the audience that he has been completely defeated by the demon queen. He feels that his soul element has been lost and that his vision has become blurred. He tells Ryce and the others not to come over to the demon realm because there is no place for them to go. He reminds them that he is their life and that they can die without his permission. He asks Ryce to protect the knights when he is not around. He also tells them that they must live on because the knights need them. He says that they only bring him trouble.
