Rarity enters and tells us that he's back. He's super angry at Rarity for being so fast. Rarity's got a new weapon, and he can't believe how fast Rarity is using it. He also thinks that Rarity should be ashamed of himself for showing off his new weapon when he just seized Dean's power. He says that there are so many people who have died in the war because of Rarity, and Rarity needs to stop being a jerk. He wants to know who gave him the permission to use the new weapon. He doesn't know who it was, but he thinks that it must have been Rarity himself.
