About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn more about the relationship between the gods and the humans. The first thing we learn is that the gods are created by the humans, and that the humans are the source of the gods' power. In other words, they're the ones who have the power to create the universe. This is the first time we've seen that the two of them are actually enemies, and the first thing that pops into our heads is the idea of the "death god" and the "spiritual body" . We learn that the death god is the same as the "spirit god" , but that the spirit god is able to use his own power against him. The death god says that he's still thinking about how he can attack the spiritual body. He's not sure how to do it, but he does know that it's better to die than to be attacked by a "real body" like the one in this chapter. The only thing that's surprising is that they've been enemies for so long, and now they have a chance to use their power against each other.
