He demands that the two men finish off the intruder and get over to the other side of the fence so that he can kill the intruder. The two men respond that they are waiting for the intruder to run away and that they will kill him if the intruder does not come to them. The boy is horrified at the idea of being attacked by an intruder and calls the intruder an "ugly brute" who does not know how to transform into a human being. He asks if the kid has other abilities, and the boy replies that he does. The kid is so frightened of the intruder that he has no choice but to come out and face him.
