In this chapter, we find out that Nemo is still alive, and that he's willing to fight with the rest of the gang. He's also got the "Legendary Sea" on his team, which means that he can control something that no one else can. Nemo is all, "I'm going to try and get the 'sea'" . He wants to know what's going on with his hands, and how he can use them to control the world. He doesn't want to be an ordinary anymore, and he wants to give back his hands to the guy who killed Kyle. He also wants to talk to him, and they can have a chat after the fight, but first, they have to surrender their hands. They're not going to fight until they've surrendered their hands to him. They can talk later, and then they can give each other back their hands, which is what they're going to do. They don't know what to do with each other, but they can talk about it later. The old man is always dropping the ball, and it's why they haven't won a match in a long time, because they can't stop him. He just pretends to get sick, or just disappear, or both.
