In this short scene, Dean tries to keep his cool during the fight. He tries to convince himself that he can win the fight with his half-ass power, but Dean reminds him that he is a childhood friend and that he always seems to be left out of the action. He tells Dean that if he hadn't been so calm, he would have been killed many times by brothers in arms. Dean tells him that his sword doesn't have any effect on him, and that all he did was swing punches with Dean's ability. Dean says that he wishes that he could rip the group of cowards apart by himself.
