When the young woman arrives at the gynecologist's office, she is shocked to find that the doctor is treating her badly and insults her. She wants to know if she ever got pregnant, so she has a "physical examination" to prove that she never did get pregnant. The young woman, who has never seen a gynecologist before, is confused by the examination, which she thinks is just a "piece of cake" to be given to her. When the doctor tries to explain that the examination is a physical examination, she screams, "how dare you take this kind of examination?" The doctor, however, insists that she is not being overly suspicious of her fiancee, but is being disrespectful to her profession.
