In the opera theater, the gong is heard and the door is locked. The audience is left to their own devices, and the protagonist tries to figure out what to do. He tells the protagonist that the gong seems to be the president of the theater, and that he wants the rest of the audience to have a good time. The protagonist tells him not to scold him for cleaning his wound. He says that the whole world does not believe him, since there would be no difference between them. He asks the protagonist why he was running around, and he says that he thought he might have run away to jump out of the building. He then tells him that if he dares to scare him again, he will put him on a leash. When the protagonist realizes that he has been smashed by the gong and the president, she realizes that the man is just worried about her. She asks him why he is so happy. He was overjoyed because she shook his head. She says that she shook her head only because she knew that she wasn't weak. She tells him to go home. He is overjoyed because he realized that she still cared for him, and she wonders if she should do something to help him
