The next day, the narrator switches back to his old style of speaking. He's not sure why he's thinking of the old man again, but it's because he wants to go to the company and resign himself as president. The narrator tells us that he'll be leaving the manor in the middle of the night with a bunch of guards, and that they're going to be in danger every time they leave the manor. It's totally ridiculous, he says, but thanks to him, he has a chance to talk to the narrator. He tells the narrator to chill out and enjoy the moment. He takes the narrator for a walk around the town, and the narrator is psyched to meet his favorite artist, the artist from the previous chapter. He says that the artist's name is "Omurice" , and they'll all go for breakfast together.
