The next morning, the two men discuss the future. They discuss whether or not to kill a patient who is currently being treated in a hospital. The men decide that the patient is a young man who is a trainee in the hospital. They knock on the door of the patient's room and find out that the doctor is trying to save him. They decide to stop the doctor from going to the hospital if the patient does not want to be killed. The two men decide to marry.
