In the future, some angels will join forces with the Grim Reapers, but first, they must come together as one. The narrator explains that he knows that the angel who destroyed the portal was selfish, and that killing an angel would be foolishness. He also explains that it was his brother, Tod, who was to show Michael the Book of Truth, that was to be the leader of the angels. He explains that abandoning their homeworld was not worth it. Tod is back, and the narrator asks him what is going on. He asks if he heard someone calling him, and if he got his ears hit. He then asks if his head was hit, and is told that there is no injury. This is the first time he has heard the prayers of the people on earth, and he feels like he has become the "grim reaper" of this world. He tells the narrator to take a key from the top drawer of his window, and to take it with him when he is gone. He says that he doesn't remember the key from when he was younger, but he will tell his brother when he comes back. On May 17, 2011, Tod told him that a Grim Reaper kiss on his forehead will erase all his memories. He writes down all of the things he wants to forget in order to prevent the kiss from erasing them by mistake. On January 5, 2015, he asks if another Grim Reaper has erased all of his memories, and it turns out that he has. He gives the key to the new Grim Reaper the next day.
