The doctor tells her that hydrogen peroxide does not disinfect the wound. He tells her to use alcohol to remove the bacteria. He says that she has never used medicine before and that this is why he does not have a first aid kit. The Doctor says that the wound will get worse, so he will use some surgical alcohol to rid it of the bacteria
