The next morning, the two of them discuss the events of the day before. When wang-xiang pulled Michael aside, he told him that he wanted to "save" him and take him away from the place where he was being held. He also said that he had badmouthed the "grim reapers" and "angels" and that if it werent for them, his parents would not have died. He asks if he should tell her the truth now, but he tells her repeatedly that he has destroyed her memories. He tells her that the day they met, he was on his way to earth when the angels took the piano key from him. With the key in his hand, he could not use his full power, so he was trapped. He has often wondered why he was there, but now he realizes that he was the cause of many of the deaths in the accident. He wants to take her back inside, but she is afraid of thunder
