It's been a while since we've seen the narrator, but he's feeling a little weird. He's in the middle of playing the piano, and the notes in the sheet music keep coming out of nowhere. He wants to take the piano out of her hands, but she won't let him do it. He tells her to go to the doctor and get a cut on her hand, and she'll be fine. He also tells her that Michael is an angel and will be okay. He says that he'll have to go back and play the piano again, but that's okay, because he wrote the music according to his inner heart. He doesn't want to hurt her, though, because she's scared by his heart. The piano is still hurting, but it's not as bad as it used to be. The narrator wants to save her, and he begs her to take him to heaven so he can see his mom and dad. He asks if she needs a bandage.
