Emily tells Amel that he wants to take over the role of the young master, but Amel has everything that Emily lacked. He's progressing faster than Emily. Emily says that she's embedded her mana in his staff so that she can use it to do magic. When she announces her retirement, all of her staff will come to her. She says that her relationship with her mother is the same as it was before. She's still calling her mother, but she doesn't call her mother's child anymore. She wants to be Emily again. She tells him that he's no longer a lord, but a commoner. He says that everyone has their mana inside his staff. He wants to return to the castle and grab it back.
