In this final scene, Roxane laments that she cannot undo her transformation. She asks Roxane to lend her the magic staff so that she can use it to travel to the other side of the world. She also asks him to hand over the letter to Roxane's father in a week's time. She tells him that they had a duel and that he should keep the secret a secret. Roxane then tells her father that he is the lord of the southeast region and that if he wants to take her away, he should give him a reason. He tells her that he will not return to the southeast because he has done what the "idiots with trees" have ordered him to do. He then tells his father to put all of the people of the region in jail and to wait for a new lord.
