Ren says that this is the "secret of the ancient Gunan county" for nurturing generations. There were countless forces that wanted to usurp the method of cultivating spiritual seeds, but he will not reveal this to anyone. Ren compares the golden seed with the silver seed, the white seed, and the spirit seed. He adds that whoever spends the most energy, spirit, and blood will grow the fastest.
