When the manager finally arrives at the treasure tower, he finds that the three customers have no money and are being picky about what they can buy in the tower. He scolds them for being so picky and tells them that he is not the one who is making trouble. He tells the customers that if they want to complain, they can do so, but if they are at the top of the heap, he tells them to apologize. The three students are horrified by the manager's attitude and demand to know why the manager is threatening them. They demand that the manager throw them out of the tower if they do not comply with his orders.
