The scene opens with a warning to those in the line to stand in line and not to push around. It's not a good sign when you're standing in line to see the master. The supervisor tells the group to hurry and take them to the master, but they refuse to listen. The boss tells them that he's just a supervisor and that they shouldn't have to wait in line for a supervisor to come to them. He tells them to shut up and go back to the line. They're only there to see masters, and the boss doesn't want them to get in his way. He says that he can't stop them from seeing masters, so they should hurry and get to the masters. They don't seem to understand why the boss is so insistent. They just want to be seen by masters, he says, and they're going to get eaten up if the boss won't let them see masters. He asks the boss to get back into the line and tells him that he is a deputy director in the capital and that he should go to the end and ask him to leave. He's afraid that the boss wants to chase him out of the line, but the boss says that according to the law, he cannot do that. He then tells the boss that he has to go back and scold the girl, but she's been using her beauty to get away with it. He admits that he never thought that she'd do this, but he knows she'll be able to do it any time she wants
