In this chapter, we learn that Elmire has been kidnapped by a monster. Elmire's parents are not happy with their son's actions, and Elmire is afraid that she has been abused. She begs Elmire to find her and bring her back to her family, but Elmire refuses to help her. He tells her that he is going to find Elmire and kill the monster. He also says that he has found the address of the wax museum in which the monster is believed to be hiding.
