About This Chapter
"Bring home the devil" This short scene opens with a conversation between a drunk and a car salesman in Los Angeles, California. The car salesman tells the drunk that his wife will be home soon, and that he will be back in a couple of days. The drunk asks the car salesman if he needs him to come and see his wife, and the man replies that he does not. The man then asks the drunk to buy him a drink, but the drunk says that he would like to go back to his own place. He says that a woman should have as many men as she wants to look at him, but that he is too drunk to know what the woman wants. He then says that the world is not ending and that it is for him, "baby ha ! . . shit . i cant believe it" , he says. He is sorry that he lost his mind, but he is going to kill him if he doesn't leave. He tells the man that he knows his wife's "ballin' a lised" car salesman three times a week, and he just wants one night alone with her. He asks the man if he has ever heard of "the blue spice crip" . He explains that he sells drugs for them and that one of the men slapped him around a bit, but mostly they got into a big fight, and then he walked out on the street. The two men then decide to learn a lesson.
