As the girls continue to cheer for the school team, the captain asks the imamura to take a break from the cheering. He tells him that the school is on defense and that they need to score some runs to make up for the six that they have lost. The captain tells him to go get some water and to take care of his hands. He also tells the captain that the crowd is getting tired of the cheering and that he should go eat some food. He says that the energy in the school has not dropped one bit since the beginning of the game and that it is obvious that the team is going to lose. He asks the captain to look to the crowd for hope and says that he would feel the same if the school gave up. He then tells the girls that they should stop cheering because they are making the situation awkward for everyone else. He reminds them that they do not care whether the school wins or loses, but that they are using their looks to make the school's principal look like the one they want him to look like. The girls start to kiss each other and the captain tells them to stop kissing and to keep cheering until the end.
