Before the start of the game, Hiroshi asks the captain of the school's baseball team if he's feeling well. The captain tells him that he is, but Hiroshi doesn't know what to make of it. He's worried that the crowd is getting too excited for a practice game, and he wants to know why. He tells the captain that he lost the game because everyone hated him, and that he just kept trying to do what he wanted. Hiroshi says that he still wants a hug from the captain, but he can't believe that she's so crazy about cheering at a game. The crowd is ready for the game to begin, and Hiroshi wishes that the fight song would begin. He says that aside from cheering for the team, the crowd seems pretty weak. He wants to take charge of directing the cheers, but the captain won't let him do so. He asks Hiroshi not to start fighting again.
