In this chapter, we learn that the Panda's new prey, the Boar, has arrived. The Panda asks the Panda to tell him how he managed to defeat the Boar. He's not sure how he did it, but he's pretty sure that he let the Panda down. Panda tells the Panda that he was about to win the fight, but now he realizes that the rules of the game don't allow him to lose. He asks how he can possibly lose. Panda points out that the winner of the fight gets authority, which means that he can take the will of the opponent and use it to his advantage. Panda says that if you're willing to absorb their will, then you can also use their will to your advantage, too. Panda asks if he can use his own will to gain the authority of the victor. Panda explains that absorbing their will means that the opponent will return to the rank they were in before you absorbed their will. Panda then asks if the Panda is planning to take his energy or his will, and Panda says he'd rather die than be absorbed in someone else's energy. Panda reminds the Panda of the fact that the Boar's name is "rogge" from the Golden Bird Planet, and the Panda reminds him that the other Panda has not gone to the place to train. Panda is sure that if he had known that, he would have stayed away from the Panda. Panda also asks if they're able to get there in two days, which is what the Panda says they'll be able to do.
