The chapter opens with a discussion between the five heroes and one of the senior war heroes. One of the heroes is still drinking with his little sister, who is a virtual nation. He tells the other heroes that they are not from any country, and that they do not belong to any army. He also tells them that it is rare for them to gather together at one time. He asks if they know the excel reawakening harbor, and they reply that they have not. He then asks if the wine served earlier was served earlier. The other heroes respond that they were served earlier, and he says that he did not mean to disturb their meal.
