In this chapter, the reader is introduced to the concept of "intermediate war hero." This term is used to describe a hero who has attained a higher rank than his or her superior counterpart. Intermediate war heroes are those who have attained the highest rank possible. In other words, they have achieved the rank of the highest war hero. This is the first time that the reader has encountered a war hero who possesses the same level of power as he or she. This intermediate war hero, however, is not a superior war hero; rather, he is an inferior war hero in the sense that he has attained the lowest rank possible, or the "junior war hero" . This means that even if he were an intermediate hero, he would not be able to defeat even the most superior of the junior war heroes. Furthermore, the fact that he is a junior war hero does not mean that he can defeat the superior one. In fact, he will have to defeat all of the superior war heroes in order to do so.
