"Serious" is the first word that comes out of Phil's mouth when he enters the room. He tells Miss Clarence to come in and give him the latest sports car in exchange for the one he gave to her. He asks her why she wants the car, and she tells him that everyone has said that he wanted to give it to his wife. He says that he gave it to her because he is the new Mrs. Clarence, and he is sorry that he did not want to disappoint her family. He then asks why he didn't follow him when he gave the sports car to her, and when she says that she is fine, he tells her that it is his first time hearing of his ex-wife's whereabouts, and that he wants to know why she did not contact him for three years. He also asks her if she thinks he will believe that he has found her. She says he is talking too much, and asks him if he could hold on to her if it were him. He replies that he is envious of her, because she is able to help him. Phil enters, and Phil asks if he can see the queen. Phil says that seeing the queen is more difficult than seeing him, because he still likes to wear "specious objects" .
