Miss Gu tells him that she is the goddaughter of the family and that she and her husband, yin sichen, are her husband. She tells her father that he can divorce her as long as he asks her to do so. He tells her that he cannot make any decisions for the family because he is not really a member of them. She begs him to help her, but he refuses to listen to her.
