One morning, a disembodied voice announces the arrival of a caravan. It is the voice of a young girl named Celia, who has come to visit her master, the princess of the kingdom. Celia is overjoyed to see her master and wishes that she could be alone with him. She tells him that she used to work as a mineworker for the princess, but iran left the kingdom one day and walked away. She asks him to keep the ocean, which he has never seen before. She calls him "your creator," and he says that his life has only been ten hours long, compared to the ten hours of the princess's.
