It's morning at the Sasanaki hospital, and the princess is talking to a boy. The boy is Hiroyuki Hiyorimi, and he's in the middle of eating his breakfast when he hears the girl's voice. Hiroyuki tells the boy to hurry up and leave, because he has a bad feeling. He tells Hiroyuki to "sense a monster nearby" and to "give him this later" . He says he'll give Hiroyuki the potion later, but Hiroyuki doesn't want to leave the house, so he tells him to "suck bite" , which means to bite a vampire. He also tells him not to run away from the princess, because she's not coming home. The princess is there, Hiroyuki says, and Hiroyuki has to go find her. He's going to have to use the normal blood from the vampire chick to get back to the princess. He asks Hiroyuki if he is the one who's taking over the hospital, because Hiroyuki is only interested in "virgins." Hiroyuki refuses to kill him, but he promises to take his blood.
