The narrator wakes up in the middle of a fishing trip with his childhood friend. He's bummed out that he's been betrayed by his childhood buddy, Ayase, and that he can't enjoy the trip with him anymore. He complains about his nipples and moans about how he'll have to go to the doctor if he doesn't make it back to the boat by the end of the day.
