The narrator wakes up in the middle of a company outing. He feels like he's "fucked" by his childhood friend, who's been "nursing" him all this time. He can't believe that he missed the chance to "get break fast" on the trip to the dentist's office. He's also upset that his friend is always "basking" and "being nice" to him, which reminds him of what happened at the hot spring. The narrator tells himself that it's his fault that he didn't get to "break fast" , and that he'll be "waiting in the lobby" for lunch.
