In this chapter, Ruchi begins to worry that his childhood friend has fallen in love with another man. He tells himself that if he does nothing, she will be taken from him by the "demon lord" of the sales department. He then tells Ruchi's friend, Anzu, that he is going to deliver a message to the sales office during breaktime. Anzu tells him to go to the "nap room" and get some sleep, but Ruchi insists that he should go straight to the office. When Anzu tries to leave, he tells her to "slap your slap" .
