The narrator tells his friend that he's been having an affair with his childhood friend. He's not sure why, but he thinks it's because they were always together, but now that they're alone, he wants to confront him openly. He wants to know what's wrong with him. He doesn't want anyone to think that he has a crush on her, and he wants her to know that she's always been his friend, but that she has changed her ways. She's changed the way she treats other girls, and she has even become a stalker. The narrator asks her to find a better way to express her feelings, but she refuses to do so. She tells him that she wants him to be her only girl, not her friend, and that she won't allow him to confess his feelings in such a dull place
