He tells his mom to slap him, too, but she doesn't want to do it. She tells him to just leave the "stalker" to the police, and they're off to work. The narrator is worried about what's going to happen next, but he tells us he tried to stop the stalker, but the girl wouldn't hear him. The police are looking for the stalker today, so he'll stay with his mom. He also tells her that he wishes he had a wooden sword so he could fight the stalker.
