In this chapter, Volumnia and the rest of the club's supporters continue their attack on the club and its management. They claim that the club is in dire straits, that they have to face "tight budgets" , and that it is their job to keep the club running. They also claim that they are a nuisance to the club, as they rule the stands and threaten the other guests. They say that they would be justified in banning all of their asses from the stands, and shutting them out entirely
