In this short scene, the two men discuss the futility of their futile attempts to cheer up their local team. The men are interrupted by an old man who sells them some of the best ramen in town. The old man tells them that he has been making the same thing for 50 years and that it is time for him to close his shop. The two men agree that it would be better for them to take over the shop, but the old man refuses to listen to them.
