Mito tells us that this is because they have a "bond" , which means that they're in love and can't get enough of each other. He tells Mito to shake his chest and shake his head, because his chest is getting smaller and smaller. He's also telling Mito that he needs to find the "real" momoka, because she's on her "concert tour" right now, and Mito has to find her pronto.
