The next morning, Guppy wakes up to find that his sister has left him with a rich man named zhongyu. Guppy tells himself that he's not to blame for the girl's departure, because she's just taken it out on him. He says that she'll come back to him, and he promises to get her back. He also tells Guppy that the private doctor who was supposed to see the results of the saw has left, and Guppy thinks that the doctor must have fallen asleep. He's also shocked to learn that the entertainment reporter who's been bugging the clown is also trying to get married, and that the girl is probably back home in a quarrel with her new husband.
