It's the end of the day, and the narrator is all, "I'll be back in the morning." He's been waiting all day for the day to end, and now he's ready to get back to work. The narrator is interrupted by the arrival of a "rude boy" from the production company. The boy asks the narrator about his research, which is supposed to be finished today, but the narrator doesn't know what to make of it. He tells the boy that he'll have to go to the airport at 5:50 to catch his flight back to the States. He says he'd rather die in a traffic jam than give his fellow countrymen a second chance.
