In this chapter, we learn that Hirokazu wants to play in a "volleyball match" against Part 84. He wants to be the captain of the team, but he doesn't know how to do it. He's afraid that if he loses, he'll never be able to play with him again. He also wants to know why he's doing this, and why he hasn't been playing with him for three years. He tells us that he has a bum knee, which means that he can't play. He asks why he didn't tell him earlier, and he gets a little defensive, saying that he always held him back because he was afraid that he'd get injured. He then asks why Hiroki isn't going to join the team as a coach or manager. He says that he managed to get an average of new members for the team this year, and that's enough to convince Hiroki to join.
