This chapter opens with a message from a man named Tomoyuki. He tells us that his wife is having an "announcement" , and he's thinking of doing something to celebrate. He's going to put on a "porn star event" . He wants to make sure that no one votes against the event, so they're offering 1,000 yen to the current "active porn star" in a "sheather maiden costume" and they'll let the audience feel her "boobs" for the week leading up to the day of the event. He also wants to do something "dirty," so he wants to hire "a pornstar" and have her perform at the main shrine. He doesn't want to do anything that's dirty, so he decides to go down to the shrine and give her a piece of his mind. He thinks that the "former actual maiden" in the picture looks pretty different than the one in the photo, but he can't stop thinking about the "ugly chicks" who will be in the shrine. The man who's supposed to be in charge of the shrine, aoshima, is staring at them, and they all freak out. They're worried that he'll faint from fright at the sight of them.
