In this chapter, we learn that baiwan has decided to leave his wife and daughter-in-law behind. He tells them that he is leaving because he is tired of their constant bickering. He says that he still loves his wife, and that he misses her terribly when he leaves her. He also says that the kingdom has gotten fewer bad people because of the efforts of young girls who beat the bad guys so hard that their husbands will not be able to help them. After another year, baiwan and his wife plan to go back to Africa.
