As the battle rages on, Yose declares that he will fight until the enemy is defeated. When he arrives at the chief's house, he finds that the mansion has fallen asleep. Yose says that he is sorry for his late arrival, but that he must fight the enemy until they can catch up. He applies ointment to his wounds, and he thinks that if he drops the blood of one of the snow clan on the map, he will be able to trace his origins.
