The narrator tells us that he's just been trying to figure out how to make some extra cash. He wants to open a store in every corner of the country and travel the world. He even wants to go to China and India, but he can't go because the government doesn't trust him. The narrator says that he took a lot of effort to raise a "ungrateful brat" . He's upset that she still treats him like this. He tells her to get out of his way. He says that it's his fault that she's crying. He promises to be there for her, no matter what she does.
